The first advice is never to resume working out your body right after the delivery, give your body ample time to rest, in Sonam's case, she resumed her workout 60 days after giving birth.


Sonam posted on Instagram that she had begun her workout regimen in an effort to regain her pre-pregnancy body and she started it with doing Pilates.
