To do this asana, first of all, sit on your mat on your knees.

Tilt your head back and touch the ankles of both your feet with both your hands.

Your body weight should normally be on your arms and legs.

Now exhale in this state, now while exhaling deeply, come back to the normal position.

Do this action at least five times.
