On Tuesday,Psy posted "That That," the lead track from his upcoming ninth full-length album’s teaser on his social media and parallely it was reported that the music will be produced by Suga. Psy appears in a cowboy outfit in the teaser for the 'That That' music video. As a poignant guitar instrumental plays in the background, he runs towards the camera and falls down.
