Every year 26th November is celebrated as Constitution Day of India, all across the country, and this time a program will also be organized in the Central Hall of Parliament House on the occasion of Constitution Day.
At the Constitution Day program, the President of the country will read the Preamble written in the Constitution and along with the people present there, people across the country can repeat the Preamble of the Constitution with the President. Sharing this information today, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that as part of the 'Amrit Mahotsav' of Independence, this program will be organized in the Central Hall of Parliament on 26th November on 'Constitution Day'.
His Excellency President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present in this program. Prahlad Joshi further told that during the program to be held on 26th November 2021 on the occasion of Constitution Day in the Central Hall of Parliament under the Amrit Festival of Independence, the President of the country will read the Preamble of the Constitution, and keeping this in mind, all the Central Ministries of the country including Departments, State Governments, Schools, Colleges, Institutions, various bodies, and citizens have been urged to repeat the Preamble of the Constitution with the President, while following the COVID protocol.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has also prepared two portals to make this program successful and ensure public participation. Out of which the first is related to reading the Preamble of the Constitution through online medium and the second is related to 'Online Quiz Competition on Parliamentary Democracy'. Certificates will also be given to the participants in this quiz.
