Varanasi to host SCO tourism mins meet on March 17-18

On March 17 and 18, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) tourism ministers' meeting (TMM) will be held by the Union ministry of tourism, during which the tourism ministers of the member nations will draught out a common action plan. In order to debate and complete the tourism joint action that will be taken by the SCO tourism ministers meeting on March 17, a two-day expert working group (EWG) meeting on tourism began here on Tuesday. The SCO's first cultural capital Kashi (Varanasi)  and India is the organization's current chair.

Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav officially inaugurated the festival, which is being hosted in Central Park and is being organised by the New Delhi Municipal Council. The participating G20 countries are the Netherlands, Singapore, and Japan. The festival's goal is to present a vibrant and colourful display of the G20 members and invited nations.
