Mahashivratri 2022: Bollywood stars offer prayers to Lord Shiva, share photos on social media wishing fans and friends.

On 1st March on the occasion of Mahashivratri bollywood celebs celebrated the wedding anniversary of God Shiva and Parvati like a festival. Celebrities including Ajay Devgn, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Mouni Roy and Sonam Kapoor extended warm wishes on the holy occasion with their fans. Bollywood’s desi girl Priyanka Chopra also shared pictures with her husband Nick Jonas as they performed pooja for lord Shiva at their new home. 

Along with Priyanka, Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan also performed pujas at their homes and took blessings on Shivratri. 

Let us tell you that Maha Shivratri 2022 was celebrated today, March 1, 2022. This Hindu festival, dedicated to Lord Shiva and Parvati and marks the holy day when they get married after ages. It is observed every year on the 13th night and 14th day of the New Moon.
