Petrol Diesel Price Today:
Petrol Diesel prices in India are touching the skies with the rates increasing almost every day since the past few days. The trend of increasing the petrol-diesel prices continued on Saturday and with the increase in the fuel prices by 35-35 paise per liter once again, their prices have reached their all-time high across the country.
According to the notification issued by the public sector oil marketing companies, the Petrol price in Delhi has reached the highest level of Rs 105.49 per liter and the Petrol Price in Mumbai is at Rs 111.43 per liter. The Diesel price in Mumbai is now available at Rs 102.15 per liter, while the Diesel price in Delhi costs Rs 94.22.
It must be noted that this is the third consecutive day when the prices of petrol and diesel increased by 35 paise per liter. Earlier, only on 12th and 13th October, there was no change in the fuel rates.
While Petrol prices are already above Rs 100 per liter in most parts of the country, while diesel rates are above Rs 100 per liter in a dozen states including Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Bihar. The fuel prices vary between states depending on local taxes and freight.
