Rojgar Bazaar 2.0:
The ruling Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi has once again introduced a job portal to provide jobs to unemployed youth. For this, tenders have been invited by the Employment Department from14th October in this regard.
After the success of the Employment Market Portal-1.0 (one) launched by the Delhi government last year, it is now all set to make the Employment Market-2.0 (two) portal. This will be the first of its kind job matching digital platform in the country, where youth will be able to apply for jobs.
For this, tenders have been invited in this regard by the Employment Department on 14th October. After the successes of Employment Market Portal-1.0, this new portal will be more advanced than before. In this, along with Artificial Intelligence (AI) based job matching services, employment-related services will be provided to the youth of Delhi on a single platform.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has said that the Rojgar Bazar-a portal was launched by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in August 2020 in the era of the Corona pandemic when lakhs of people became unemployed and this portal is a platform for those unemployed youth and small businessmen of Delhi.
He said that more than 14 lakh job seekers and 10 lakh jobs have already been advertised on the present job market portal. No other job matching platform has been so successful by any state government in India. But we do not want to stop here, he said. Through the Naya Rojgar Bazar-II portal, our government will bring all services related to skill training, career guidance, and job matching on a single platform, a first-of-its-kind digital platform in India.
Based on the experiences of the Rojgar Bazar-One Portal and to increase the employment linkage across Delhi, the Delhi Government had decided to upgrade the existing Job Bazar Portal to incorporate the experiences of the National and International Job Portal.
To apply to the Rojgar Bazaar 2.0, candidates are required to register to the Rozgar Bazaar portal by visiting the official website of jobs.delhi.gov.in. After this, the candidates seeking jobs are required to click on the “I want a Job” option and enter your Mobile Number as well as OTP to verify your account.
Once the account is verified, candidates are required to enter other details including your Email ID, and regarding the educational qualification, skills, and experience, and create your login credentials.
Once this is done, candidates can now log in to the portal Rozgar Bazaar and search for the job as per their qualifications and job preferences.
