The Mathura police has said in the report presented in the court that rats have eaten 581 kg of seized hemp kept in the godown. The cost of the hemp was 60 lakh rupees.

The police has presented its report in the court of ADJ VII. The court expressed surprise over this statement of the police and asked to present the evidence of rats eating marijuana by 26 November. The court also ordered to deal with the problem of rats. The court asked the SSP to take steps to control the rats.
