New Delhi: On 15 and 16 January, the Cold wave sweeps in the region of Punjab and Haryana. Hisar recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 4.4 degrees Celsius, said the weather department, IMD. Meanwhile, similar cold wave conditions continue to grip Kashmir as the minimum temperature settled several degrees below freezing point on Saturday. As per the weather officials, the mercury settled at minus 4.5 degrees Celsius in Srinagar.
