The people of Delhi NCR are likely to get relief from the scorching summer heat soon, as the monsoon is expected to arrive at the national capital Delhi by 15th June, which is 12 days earlier than expected, as the monsoon was expected to reach Delhi by 27th June 2021.
As stated by the Indian Meteorological Department, a low-pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal which is going to affect the weather conditions of Jharkhand, Orissa, and northern Chattisgarh in the next 3 to 4 days. While an Orange Alert has been issued in Madhya Pradesh by the IMD, considering the south-western monsoon, as heavy rainfall may soon be witnessed in the state.
Many regions of Maharashtra and Bihar may also experience heavy rainfall soon. While many regions of the state have already experienced heavy rainfall upto 60% from 1st to 10th June 2021.
The current Mumbai rains have caused severe water clogging at most of the regions of the region.
