President Ramnath Kovind has appointed the acting Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Sanjay Yadav as the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court. This appointment will be effective from the date of taking the oath and taking charge. On April 14, the Central Government appointed Justice Sanjay Yadav, the senior-most judge of the Allahabad High Court, as the acting Chief Justice. Justice Yadav started his career as a lawyer of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
